Where do your regulatory figures come from?
Every China-regulatory and vendor fact on this site traces to a primary source — government portals, cloud-vendor documentation, WeChat developer pages, and carrier references. The source registry lists all 89 sources — each with its URL, the on-site claim it supports, the date we last accessed it, and a live-status tag. When a regulation changes or a vendor page moves, the tag changes with it, and each entry shows the date of our last check.
How do the free tools relate to engagements?
The site publishes eight self-serve tools — the 10-point readiness diagnostic, ICP timeline estimator, WeChat Pay path selector, hosting cost worksheet, China launch sequencing map, source registry, dependency checker, and obligations matrix — all free, no signup. They are the same assets used on engagements: the diagnostic is what the Discovery & audit phase builds on, and the four phases carry through to launch and handover. Yes. The Build & integrate phase implements mainland infrastructure, supports filing submissions, and delivers WeChat integrations on the client codebase. The final phase — Launch & optimize — goes live, monitors performance from China networks, and hands over runbooks for ongoing operations. The first two phases — Discovery & audit and Architecture & compliance — come before it.
